On its official 'Become a Model' page, the agency actively invites new faces to send recent photographs to its scouting email, saying it values individuality, energy and ability across ages, genders, sizes and skin tones. Its website also displays model work and a dedicated training programme. Applicants seeking representation can follow the agency's photo-submission invitation, while the school's course registration is a distinct route.
