The Lisbon agency was established in 1998 and combines career management with discovery of new faces, including its FACE Model of the Year competition. Its represented models have independently documented editorial work: ZOOT’s June 2025 ETIC collaboration, Illusion of Freedom, credits Inês Martinho and Carolina Alfar to FACE. The online application is a separate route from any particular competition edition, with questions about residence, measurements and existing representation.
