It does not represent influencers based on follower counts: it develops UGC creators, builds their professional presence, portfolios and positioning, and manages brand opportunities. For brands, it coordinates the brief, creator, production, review and delivery. Its niches include beauty, wellness, food, fashion, fitness, home and education.
Applying to this agency
Figura offers three entry programmes for creators: Starter, Pro and Elite. Its official site states that the process develops a professional presence and UGC portfolio; Pro adds a media kit and one month of management, while Elite adds editorial work, an English-language media kit and active management.
