Independent Model Management (IMM) is a boutique mother agency founded in Costa Rica in 2010 by Natasha Fleming. It exclusively represents female models and scouts across Latin America, the United States and the Caribbean.

IMM develops models for high fashion, editorial, commercial, catalogue and runway work, with international placement as a core activity. Its official site documents expansion to Peru in 2023 and Colombia in April 2026; Costa Rica remains one of its three official office countries.

Applicants send four raw, unretouched photographs: waist-up, full-length, close-up and 3/4 profile, without digital filters, makeup or hair styling.
