It supports new faces with snapshots, test shoots, portfolios, introductions to partner agencies in Europe and Asia, and paperwork for overseas work. INMODELS explicitly says it is not a modelling school and does not charge candidates to join its agency. Applications are welcome from across Belarus, with in-person meetings arranged in Minsk or Vitebsk. Its published scouting guidance covers traditional fashion profiles from 170 cm and age 13, as well as a separate plus-size category. Underage applicants attend meetings with a parent. Candidates can apply online or through the agency’s published email rather than waiting for an open casting.
