It developed from model management and professional model training into a broader operation spanning actors and fashion models, academy training, fashion-show planning and production, media content and brand PR/marketing. The company entered a strategic partnership and investment relationship with YG Entertainment in 2014 and operated as YG KPLUS; after a 2022 ownership change it returned to the KPLUS name. This history makes its model-development and training activity a structural part of the company rather than a generic add-on.
