Its official website highlights a personalised selection process, face-to-face meetings and the reliability expected of talent. Crucially, the site separates the journey for aspiring models from the commercial route used by brands seeking to book someone for a project. Representation terms and selection requirements must be confirmed directly with LUMEN.
Applying to this agency
Aspiring models should start with the official Get Scouted page, not the client booking section. Review the current fields before preparing your submission. Natural headshots, full-length images, accurate measurements and a tidy composite are useful materials; beginners can take simple Polaroids on a phone. Provide your location and availability when requested, and check the agency’s own instructions rather than assuming universal height or age criteria.
