Founded by model and actor Víctor Flores in Asunción in 2014, Sight Talent Agency represents a broad range of Paraguayan models and performing artists for fashion, advertising and creative productions.

Its approach embraces runway, petite, curvy and plus-size profiles, alongside singers, dancers and actors. Models from Sight appeared at the Mall Excelsior Spring–Summer Fashion Show in October 2024, while the agency also produced the theatre project Cuando lo cuento in 2022 and 2023. Its associated academy, Sight School, teaches runway technique, posing, acting and on-camera expression, offering an artistic training path alongside the agency’s representation activities.
