Images should preferably use a plain background and natural light and remain under 3 MB each. The form requests identity, birth date, contact details, Instagram, address, hair and eye colour. Selected candidates are contacted directly by a booker. Square states that training costs, including the first photo shoot, are paid by the agency with no financial participation required. If there is no reply within 10 days, the application was not approved.
