Its German scouting and partner links in Paris, Milan, Cape Town, Shanghai and Athens sit alongside a casting/photo/video studio. Three apartments and vehicles support on-stay work; management also handles contracts, fees, usage rights, travel, accommodation and accounting. These facilities describe operational support, not an automatic accommodation entitlement for every applicant.

The form collects identity/contact details, nationality, date of birth, height, weight, clothing and shoe sizes, bust-waist-hips, hair and eye colour, occupation, languages, tattoos/piercings, experience and special talents. Minimum age stated for New Faces is 16. The agency says processing can take 4–6 weeks and inclusion in its database is free.
