Its Join page explicitly distinguishes the two routes: fashion model applicants are assessed against published age and height criteria, while the Talent pathway welcomes varied ages and experience levels. This distinction matters more than treating every applicant as a runway model. The agency requests natural photographs rather than an expensive portfolio and says database registration is not the same as individual representation.
Applying to this casting company
Prepare your application with Smart Apply on ToolsForModels using the saved email contact. Agency Icon has separate Model and Talent pathways. Review the current official join page before choosing: fashion modelling criteria should not be applied automatically to advertising, television or screen talent. Prepare at least three recent, natural photographs showing face, profile and full figure; a phone is sufficient. Keep accurate measurements available through BodyCertification and a composite if relevant. Submitting details does not guarantee agency representation or paid work.
