Acting agencies and casting companies

Acting makes a character’s intentions convincing through voice, physical behaviour and response to a partner. Casting teams need examples of a performance in context, rather than a succession of attractive poses. Prepare an accurate headshot, acting résumé and clips where your contribution is clear. A short scene recorded for the application can introduce a developing performer. Mention training, languages and practical performance skills. Add your base city and availability to make arranging an audition or rehearsal easier for the people reviewing your submission.
